Think Spring!

As we are longing for the coming of spring, believe it or not, it is right around the corner. March 20th marks the first day of spring, and as the mountains of snow begin to melt and all of the flowers and trees begin to bud, you can't help but think of what's to come. For example, our annual yard sale. This will take place sometime in June, so while doing your spring cleaning set some things aside you may be ready to part with. This will be a great opportunity for everyone to get to know their neighbors as well as make some extra money.

Another way to make some extra money would be our spring resident referral. Refer your friends, family members or colleagues to us for a chance to receive $50. Once they come in, apply, and move into a 2 bedroom garden apartment by May 31st, the money is all yours!
